	June 2008	AEROEXPO 2008 proved an exciting event for Air Touring. A double first for the show was the first appearance at a UK air show of both the new TBM850G1000 and the new MOONEY Acclaim type S aircraft. Interest in both was extremely high. 	May 2008	DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH MOONEY AIRCRAFT Air Touring is pleased to announce that an agreement has been signed with the Mooney Aircraft Company for the distribution of their aircraft in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The agreement is for an initial period of three years and gives Air Touring exclusivity for sales of new aircraft within the territory. This agreement provides a direct replacement in the top of the range single piston engine market for the Columbia Aircraft distribution agreement which terminated in December 2007 when the Cessna Aircraft Company acquired the assets of Columbia. Air Touring is well placed to distribute the Mooney range having a first class infrastructure and an excellent sales track record in this market segment. Along with aircraft sales, Air Touring will be the Mooney Service Centre for the UK and Ireland and also the exclusive supplier of spare parts to Mooney owners in the territory. The Mooney Airplane Company, based in Kerrville, Texas, was founded in 1929, and has delivered more than 11,000 aircraft worldwide. The current range includes the Ovation which is the fastest normally-aspirated single piston-engine aircraft and the Acclaim which is the fastest of all single piston-engine aircraft currently produced. 	January 2008	On 18th January Socata revealed, at Tarbes France, the latest evolution of the successful TBM series high speed turboprop aircraft - the G1000 equipped TBM850. The new-look TBM comes complete with revamped all-leather luxurious interior and new design airconditioning and pressurization system. See the Aero News story

	March 2007	Air Touring Ltd is named as finalist in the PLUS New Company of the Year category. The country-wide search for finalists of the Fast Growth Business Awards is over. After much deliberation Air Touring has been unveiled as one of three finalists at the Fast Growth Business Awards 2007 in the PLUS New Company of the Year category. Organized by Crimson Business in conjunction with Growing Business magazine, the awards are headline sponsored by T-Mobile. Both Crimson Business and T-Mobile are committed to recognizing and rewarding great businesses and the people running them. The short-listing judges were overwhelmed by the quality and quantity of entries. Ian Wallis, editor of Growing Business magazine and Growingbusiness.co.uk comments: “With almost 350 entries across 14 categories, the competition was fierce. The three finalists for the PLUS New Company of the Year category successfully joined the market and have demonstrated great development plans, as well as substantial turnover, profit and share price growth. 	October 2006	Air Touring Group plc today announces that its Offer for Subscription to raise GBP1,000,000 has closed. The Offer was oversubscribed raising a total of GBP 1,108,000 via the issue of 2,216,000 New Ordinary Shares at a price of 50 pence per share. The Company's entire share capital of 12,216,000 Ordinary Shares has been admitted today for trading on the PLUS-quoted (OFEX) market, giving Air Touring a market capitalization on admission of GBP 6,108,000. Air Touring's nominated Corporate Advisor is St Helen's Capital Plc. Commenting, Michael Pearce, Founder and CEO of Air Touring, said: "I am delighted with the results of the Offer and that the flotation of the Company has been successfully completed. The fact that the offer was oversubscribed is an excellent sign and shows the confidence our investors have in the future growth prospects of the Company. 	August 2006	June saw the UK's first TBM 850 delivered to west country based Blackbrook Aviation. The aircraft is already proving a major success with over 100 operating hours clocked up in the first two months of operation. Blackbrook owners and pilots are highly impressed with the new 850 rates of climb, and speeds in both cruise and descent. October will see the arrival of the UK's second TBM 850, initially to Biggin Hill.
